Summary: interwiki.py change links according to redirects
Initial Comment: when a page redirect or moved to other page interwiki/py doesn't chang the interwiki target to new one so we have many pages that a>b b>c that c is redirect to a and in many cases . it makes interwiki's condition messy problem it confuses users and bots (that use interwiki for editing in articles) also some js tools that uses interwiki as translation tool

Message: I do not understand this request. If a target page is moved, interwiki.py normally fixes interwiki links to the new target.
btw be aware interwiki links are no translations but similar contents.
