Initial Comment: My bot account currently has the global bot status. Nevertheless, in wikis where a bot flag was not granted locally, I get the warning:

NOTE: Updating live wiki... WARNING: Your account on wiktionary:uk does not have a bot flag. Its edits will be visible in the recent changes and it may get blocked.

This becomes pretty annoying when there are lots of wikis in this situation to update. The bot should be able to tell whether it's a global bot. Thanks.
