Summary: cosmetic_changes.py destroyed article

Initial Comment: When I was using replace.py with this command: python replace.py -file:file -nocase "[[Luksemburg (państwo)|" "[[Luksemburg|" -summary:"naprawa linków" -log:log pywikipedia did this edit: http://pl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Szablon%3AJ%C4%99zyk_infobox%2Fopi... in which all categories and interwikis were removed. Please fix it as soon as possible.
