category.py move -from:údržba_Wikipedie -to:Wikipedie:Údržba

But bot says Wikipedia:Maintenance is not in category namespace

There are severals categories with this name http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kategorie:Wikipedie:Spr%C3%A1va

and I want to rename some others
