If a section header contains a link like "== [[section]] header ==", textlib.does_text_contain_section() does not recognize the valid section "#section header" and page.exists() returns wrongly False. (see http://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usu%C3%A1rio%5C(a%5C)%5C_Discuss%C3%A3o:Xqt%5C#...)
