Initial Comment: When the script is executed with the '-wiktionary' option, the '-neverlink' parameter is ignored.

Although there are messages like "Skipping link to an ignored language" at the end the script wants to add those links to entries anyway.

Message: This is a documented interaction between -neverlink and hints, they are incompatible options, -wiktionary is approximately equal to "-hint:all" and thus also incompatible.
