Message: bugzilla Bug 542 was reverted in mw r87030 and title attribute is filled again. Is this patch still necesary and compatible with older mw versions?

Message: I looked at the HTML markups of Special:UncategorizedPages on both English and Ukranians wikis, so it seems that this patch should work for MediaWiki 1.17
