Initial Comment: category.py in move cases with sysops bots 1- doesn't have any option to delete old category automatically and it asks question. (it is not possible to use it in crontab) 2-.if new category is existed after moving pages it will leave old category with out deleting .it doesn't merge history of old category to new category
