That is good :-)

However, I have 2 examples where usage was replaced even if file was not moved to Commons.

1) I made a typo in .jpg http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Rashean%5C_Mathis&diff=4380897... 2) Filetype did not match .ext http://ms.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sekolah%5C_Menengah%5C_Kebangsaan%...

So I suggest that replace is only done once the upload is verified.
