I see that GIFT isnt supported by https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/tag/mediawiki-extensions-quiz/ (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T24475) , but it is supported by http://tools.wmflabs.org/magnustools/wikisoba.html . I havent been able to find a python gift library.

The most advanced quiz python code that I can find is is https://pypi.python.org/pypi/quizzer and https://github.com/mitocw/moodle2edx/blob/master/moodle2edx/main.py . I am not comfortable with this project stipulating gift quiz format if there isnt already a mature library which can be used.
