Initial Comment: Bot doesn't recognize a page http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comitatul_Lucas as disambiguations. The page contains template {{dezambiguizare comitate SUA}}, which is in a list of disamiguations - http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Disambiguationspage .

For this reason bots remove romanian interwikis from other pages, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bot_owners%27_noticeboard#Bots_delink... .
