Initial Comment: Currently commonscat.py has a list of templates to work on (commonscatTemplates) and a list of templates to ignore and skip (ignoreTemplates).

A list of fallback templates should be added so that non-default commonscat templates (like Commonscatklein) are not ignored by the bot, but used or even replaced with the default template.
