Please give the ability for crossing namespace to ar-wiki. The reason is on ar-wiki all pages of years are seated in the namespace 104 whereas on all other projects they didn't. See http://ar.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D9%85%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%82:1347 for example.
