Summary: category.py -- page history to talkpage + translations

Initial Comment: Page histories are always thought very important in Wikipedia. When moving an old category to a new one, category.py currently only writes "Authors" to the edit comment. But we have the possibility to easily write a version history table to the talk page, and this is a usual procedure when we move something e. g. from Wikipedia to Wikisource. In the attached file you will find my updated version of class CategoryMoveRobot. This is not as rich as the original history, but better then the current solution. You may see a demo at http://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kateg%C3%B3riavita:Ideiglenes_teszt (after two renames, to and backwards).

There ara also several Hungarian message translations in the file. Sorry, I cannot make a diff, this one is modified from current version 8457.
