Initial Comment: like -new goes through special:newpages there might be script for taking list of recently moved pages, check new targets and do interwiki (or someelse) on them. This would prevent long lists of articles because of mixed interwiki.

the new generator enables all options availlable with api. Please note, that -movelog option yields redirect. With interwiki.py you must use -initialredirect to handle these pages.

Probably best to build a general log based pagegenerator with all the options available in the api.
