Initial Comment: There is some interwiki_dump file containing on the end e.g.
[[Z]] [[Za]] [[Zaa]]
I run interwiki e.g. interwiki.py -new. Something happend and dump from this run appends to the end of dumpfile
There is now
[[Z]] [[Zaa]] [[Aaron]]
and interwiki.py -continue continues from Aaron.
This dump might append to the top, not to the bottom
