In particular, test what happens when the category tag is inside <noinclude>, <includeonly>, and <onlyinclude> tags. In some versions of Piwikibot, the tag gets pulled outside, e.g.,
<noinclude>[[Category:Old]] foo bar</noinclude>
gets turned into:
<noinclude>foo bar</noinclude> [[Category:New]]
