Summary: Skipping under-construction pages
Initial Comment: Somteimes bot make some changes in pages with template which mean "under construction", This is sometimes not good. Would it be possible to add some skiplist of templates? It can be useful for skipping templates with included {{documentation}} template. - something like {{Nobots}} template
For cs I mean these templates {{Pracuje se}} (may be with parameters after | ) {{Dokumentace}} {{/Dokumentace}}
