Summary: Cannot run archivebot.py on Windows Python
Initial Comment: AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'tzset'.
I found the document about python, function "tzset" is only available in Unix.

Message: fixed in r7952. But be aware and check the local timestamp or the archiving offset.
