Initial Comment: If the bot adds interwiki with section title with dot(.), it does not work correctly.
e.g. http://ko.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=IEEE_802.11n-2009&action=histo...
When adding [[it:IEEE 802.11#802.11n]], ".11" part is mis-interpreted.
