Initial Comment: Here - http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=447133154 bot broke interwikis into sections when replaced substring ".11" with "�". Another bot in other wikis made the same things: http://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=68929118 , http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=92951129 . I think that in these cases bot recognized substring whith point at the start as encoded unicode symbol and tried to decode it.
