With @jayvdb's patch to get easily the param info it's possible to get __most__ of the allowed tokens dynamically. There is some problem with the `patrol` token which isn't get via the `prop=info` but `list=recentchanges` module.

Hmm shouldn't this throw an InterwikiRedirectPage instead, because Benutzer:Xqt/Labor <https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Xqt/Labor> is redirecting to https://pdc.wikipedia.org/wiki/user:Labor?redirect=no.
But I guess it's throwing a CircularRedirect exception first because //Benutzer:Xqt/Labor// is listed as a target (in the first entry) and a //source// (in the second entry). I guess to actually detect a //CircularRedirect// it needs to go through the redirect path and as raise it as soon as a redirect redirects to an already seen redirect.
