Subject: pagefromfile -nocontent and redirect bug
Original description:
in pagefromfile.py -nocontent doesn't support all cases. is it possible to add
other argument that support regexs \(for example -regexecceptions\)?
also it doesn't support redirect pages. if page name is redirection it shows
error

- calls the API directly instead of going through Page or Site objects;
- has it's own colorizing code
- has it's own logging/output layer
It should really be rewritten to work using the normal pywikibot functions...
