Initial Comment:
Don't know if this is really needed but as follow up to
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=603138&aid=3084721&group_…
I would like to propose this 'wiki_family.py' file, which does simply clone 'wikipedia_family.py'.
Please let me know what you think?
Greetings

Summary: Add botlist.py analog to watchlist.py for bot user caching
Initial Comment:
Hello all!
[...]
In the same process I wrote a completely new module
'botlist.py' which is an analogue to 'watchlist.py' not
completely finished, but works and caches all registred
bot from a site once a day. This gives a speed-up for
my bot. May be this can also be committed?
(please look at [1] or [2])
Thanks a lot and greetings!!

Message:
I have written some code to enable global bot support. As side effects
'Special:GlobalUsers' had to be added as 'globalusers_address' and some
minor PEP 8 issues were solved.
Please have a look at 'botlist_global.patch' attached.

Added in r8641 (first step without global bots)

Message:
As discussion with xqt on #wikipedia-de-bots uncovered the global bots are
not requested since this need a seperate API call. This has also to be
implemented.

Summary: -localonly behaviour
Initial Comment:
if globalvar.localonly:
# In this case only continue on the Page we started with
so, if pages are read from a file, the bot edits on that language wiki that if found in a link in the file? could it be changed to work on a HOME WIKI only? or maybe it's worth introducting a similar option "-homeonly" that will allow the bot to make edits ONLY on the language specified as 'mylang' in user-config (and maybe on language(s) explicitly specified as -lang parameter?)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
>Comment By: xqt (xqt)
Date: 2010-10-15 15:30
Message:
I agree, I also would expect -localonly works only on that language
specified in mylang or overidden by -lang parameter.

Summary: Feature request for pagegenerators.RegexFilterPageGenerator
Initial Comment:
Have to rise this again. Was testing the new revision and have some
issues. I need the possibility to compare against page.title() instead
of page.titleWithoutNamespace(). Additionally it would be great if the
regex could also be passed in a compiled representation (but this is
optional).
Please look at the attached patch...
Thanks a lot and greetings
