twkozlowski came to our IRC channel today to point out that the link [1] to Commons' village pump found on our release page [2] is broken. I haven't searched through the history of the page, but according to that user, it seems like the announcement was never posted to that page.

Our original announcement on the Commons Village Pump about this upcoming release was made on April 16 and has now been moved to this Archive:
