We have #wikimedia-multimedia. You should also feel comfortable discussing multimedia things in #mediawiki and #wikimedia-dev if you want to.

Hi! We have a general channel for the Multimedia team, which includes MultimediaViewer and CommonsMetadata. Join #wikimedia-multimedia on Freenode to discuss with the team (we're voiced!), watch patchsets for MMV, CMD, UploadWizard, and TimedMediaHandler breeze by, and possibly catch one of our standups in progress (when we hold them on IRC!)
