I just added WDQS to the Deployment page [1]. So starting April 11th (next week) we should have regular deployments of WDQS.
@Stas: I'm not really sure why we decided to start on April 11th and not before (maybe the Hackathon?), or if just marked the date wrong. In any case, if you have something to already deploy today, let me know...

Yes, please add your window there. As I see you want a 7 hour window, overlapping with other windows shouldn't be a problem. But, if you ever plan to do work that might impact more than just your own systems, please do coordinate with me.
