I remember reporting (one of?) the changes to the feed during code-review and demanded that it be reverted for 1.19 From what I remember it was indeed reverted for 1.19
I'm not sure how this has passed through (assuming it is indeed caused by a change in 1.19)
Can you please provide me more details about which portion of the log message reporting has changed in an incompatible way?
I will make sure this is reverted asap. it is an unacceptable change on such short notice, we can't possibly change all our bots (not to mention other people's bots) since this is affecting all post-log action hooks we have (including those for reporting of local blocks and preventing cross-wiki vandalism). As well as our hooks for the patrol-action, delete- actionupload-action (commons upload patrol!) on others.
