we had broken down the development work on the function wiki into a number of short phases, as can be found here:

Note that the wiki page is a bit outdated, but is used to keep a form of the backlog. The up to date view is on Phabricator here:

We have concluded Phase α of the development - this allows us to create ZObject on wiki and a few more things, and we have started with Phase β - creating and using on-wiki Types.

(I think it is still too early for most, unless you want to dive in the code and play with that, to go and try out the wiki. We expect that the first time this would become interesting for some would be when we conclude Phase ε, after which new functions can be composed.)
