Scheduling note: There will be no planned deploys during the week of
the Thanksgiving (US Holiday). Only emergency bug fixes will happen.
Some highlights for next week (it's going to be a pretty busy week):
== Tuesday ==
* CirrusSearch[0]:
** Turn on as secondary: all non-private wikimedia wikis, all wikimania
wikis, all wikisource wikis
* MediaWiki:
** All non-Wikipedia sites (Wiktionary, Wikisource, Wikinews, Wikibooks,
Wikiquote, Wikiversity, and a few other sites) to 1.23wmff4 [1].
* MassMessage[2] deployed to all wikis (this was planned for Thursday
Nov 14th, but was delayed due to unrelated site instability issues
that day).
* VectorBeta[3] deploy to test wikis (this was also delayed from
Thursday Nov 14th).

* Zuul[4] upgrade to gearman backed version[5]
** This will affect our Continuous Integration services [6] and is
happening at 9 UTC (1am Pacific) to minimize effect on developers.
* Echo[7] deploy to German and Italian Wikipedias (final planned Echo
deployment)

* OAuth[9] will be deployed to all wikis
