This goes back to the comment about coloring links to stubs differently 
then articles.  Which I also think is a good idea.  If there could also be 
a header on the page of a stub that indicates it as such.  That will do a 
lot for diffusing people's criticism's of Wikipedia's quality if they do 
find a stub.
