The meta wiki needs to be upgraded and moved to the new server... Jimbo 
or Jason, if you can run mysqldump on the meta database and drop it in 
my home directory on the new server I should be able to run it through 
the appropriate conversions and get it set up.

Oh, and a tarball of the uploads directory, too, those'll have to be 
copied over.
