All those who are interested in respective SIGs are requested to initiate
discussion on wiki/mailing list to gather potential participants and also
develop a backgrounder for their respective SIG topic. Please add/confirm
your interest in leading the SIG sessions.
Language groups can use the presentations in the morning session as the
backgrounder.

The backgrounder should have the following
*SIG topic overview
*Status of Wikipedia content on SIG topic
*Issues
*Stategies for the year

Please send a mail and identify yourself with your SIG, so others who are
interested can respond.
