All those who are interested in respective SIGs are requested to initiate discussion on wiki/mailing list to gather potential participants and also  develop a backgrounder for their respective SIG topic. Please add/confirm your interest in leading the SIG sessions.<br>
Language groups can use the presentations in the morning session as the backgrounder.<br><br>The backgrounder should have the following<br>*SIG topic overview<br>*Status of Wikipedia content on SIG topic<br>*Issues<br>*Stategies for the year<br>
