[WikiEN-l] cleaning up the Kosovo geographic names

I agree the names should be in the articles as well (if the mountains
have two well-known names in different languages), but in terms of
people finding the articles, a redirect will perform that function
just as well. Though it is confusing to readers to follow a redirect
and fail to find the name in the text of the destination article.
