haven't seen any statement, but you can't get there at the moment.
There's a temporary problem with a query from Uncyclopedia causing the
rest of Wikia to slow down, so it has been removed from public view
until this is fixed. The Uncyc admins do have access to it and are
trying to help Wikia's techteam get this sorted out as quickly as
possible.
