This controversy seems to have more heat than light.  Those of us who 
are not familiar with the politics of the region do not have the 
background in the topic to be able to comment meaningfully about the 
topic.  It seems that you are trying to talk about the origin of the 
name "Ustase", and you would do better to put your additions in those 
terms, and not to put it in the very first paragraph of the article 
which is really intended to just identify the topic for the reader.

The article itself is not about the 17th century group, but perhaps that 
earlier group deserves its own separate article.
