their bids at RFA - such carelessness is *not* admin material. First
RFA knocked back for bad A7s will see them diminish markedly.
This is an important point. Quite a few people who do RC patrol do
it in the hopes of becoming an admin.
But not all.
I think we should also encourage people to do RC/newpage patrol no
more than one day a week. Seeing so much utter dross will tend to
make you diagnose dross where it does not exist, and see every
redlinked username as a spammer.
