Taking a test case to the arbcom would be *exceedingly* long-winded.
What would be useful is a large number of speedy-patrol patrollers.
Leave notes on those putting up bad A7s. Make damn sure it scuppers
their bids at RFA - such carelessness is *not* admin material. First
RFA knocked back for bad A7s will see them diminish markedly.
