[WikiEN-l] Blocking policy

OK, I see the poing, but what can I do?

Isn't there a way to unblock a given user even if s/he is accessing from a
banned IP address (I'm not an expert at all in MediaWiki)? I just want to
access as myself (especially given that I'm in the middle of a controversy).
Any clue?
