[WikiEN-l] First Post, Requesting Assistance

To whomever can help me with this issue:

When I try to edit an article in Wikipedia, I receive the message:

"User is blocked. *Your IP address is ***.***.**.***. *[I'd rather not have
my IP in this message; if you need it, please email me.]

Your user name or IP address has been
blocked<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Blocking_policy>by
Radiant! <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Radiant%21>.

The reason given is:
*Autoblocked because your IP address has been recently used by
"Ellimist<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Ellimist>".
The reason given for Ellimist's block is: "Flying Spaghetti sockpuppet"."
*

There are several apparent problems here.

1. I have so far been incapable of emailing Radiant! about this because
he/she does not allow members of Wikipedia to email him/her. Also, I have
received no response from another admin I emailed a week or two ago, so I
turned here.

2. After looking up "sockpuppet," I realized that I performed no such
action. I came to this conclusion by both realizing that I never performed
the action of "sockpuppeting" and I checked through my edit history. All I
saw there were votes on article deletions. I was not aware that voting would
be "sockpuppeting." Maybe it isn't. I don't quite understand. Perhaps this
arose out of my editing my own vote, fixing spelling errors after saving or
something?

3. After doing a bit of looking into Radiant!'s profile, I see that he/she
has banned others for similar alleged offenses. If they are all being banned
by the same criteria I am, I think there should be an inquiry made by other
admins on whether Radiant! is banning fairly.

If any administrators of WIkipedia would be kind enough to assist me with
this issue, I would be quite appreciative.

Thank you.
