[WikiEN-l] Blocked for removing a section I added to AN/I, also a 3RR report

I added that section, and decided it wasn't doing much good, as 
TenOfAllTrades suggested.

When I was blocked I was about to report Boothy443 for a 3RR violation

. Can someone take care of that?
