[QA] beta extensions being updated again

Hello,

since roughly Oct 30th, the MediaWiki extensions code was no more
updating on the beta cluster.  This was due to the WikibaseDatabase
extension being deleted from Gerrit but still registered in
mediawiki/extensions.git

We unregistered the extension and did a bunch of tweaks on the local
repository. The Jenkins job eventually managed to get a full run so the
extensions should be updating again now.



To get a status of the Jenkins job for beta, one can go to:

 https://integration.wikimedia.org
 Click top menu [Dashboard]

Under the section Beta cluster, you will see the status of each job and
a link to them.


An alternate way is to bookmark the 'Beta' view in Jenkins:

 https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/Beta/
