[Maps-l] Concerning cassini.toolserver.org

It would be useful to document the format of requests for map tiles or
static maps somewhere (so what the base url is, the parameters, and which
values they should have). If the server side stuff is in a decent working
state I can include the OSM stuff again in the upcoming 0.6 release of Maps,
else it'll be out.
