For the OSM translations, do we really want separate name:arz tags (Egyptian
Arabic), when the country names are the same as standard Arabic? Having a
separate Wikipedia for Egyptian was controversial in the first place, and
many don't really consider it a separate language but rather consider it a
dialect.

In the postgres db views, can we map the Arabic (ar) names to arz?

There may be other situations like this, where separate tags in OSM might
not be needed.
