CamelCase was used on CanadA, created February 20, 2001,

Changes before the autumn of 2001 might have been lost to the 
expiration of old versions in UseModWiki.  The harmful expiration 
was turned off in the autumn, in order to preserve everything.

Vancouver is preserved from July 27, 2001,
