[Foundation-l] First use/contribution by Canadians of Wikipedia

the first revision is from 31 October 2001. Though that is probably an
error as well; the edit comment only implies a minor change and is indeed
highly illogical of a creation edit comment. Stephen
Gilbert<http://nostalgia.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Contributions&dir=prev&target=Stephen+Gilbert>has
many edits since March 2001, though he seems to have been quite
experienced already then.
