That can be changed relatively easily, and really doesn't matter all
that much anyway.  As long as the WMF maintains a registered agent
here in Florida they can have their head offices anywhere.

Could you offer us with some details as to those like-minded
non-profits?  The only one I can think of is the Poynter Institute/St.
Pete Times, and I'm not even aware of whether or not any sort of
relationship has been established with them yet.  Then again,
non-profit media companies seem to me to be fairly rare.

To be clear, I'm not challenging your statement, I just think we'd all
benefit from some details.
