Using the 2016-04-07 pages-articles dump as a reference:

It appears that the Litecoin article (ID 37395085, fetched from
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Export) is missing from the
referenced XML dump. The dump contains stub articles that redirect to the
Litecoin article, but the Litecoin article itself is missing. I don't see
anything in particular about the article that would result in it being
excluded, and I was hoping someone could shed some light on the situation.
Was the article excluded because of some criteria or on accident? If
articles are being excluded from the XML dumps, is it possible to obtain
them elsewhere?
