There are a number of IRC platforms you can download - many of them
free - your options for which will depend on what OS platform you use.
Some info can be found at:

get a client, you can generally find people (sometimes myself) in
#wikiversity-en (though I'll try to remember to also join the
#wikiversity channel whenever I'm online). Typing someone's name will
usually get their attention - I'm sure you'll get the hang of it after
a while.. :-)

Can you remind us early saturday? I got a bit of a bad memory.
I?m trying to get involved with wikiversity (as I've teaching math for
years) but I've been jsut watching from the sidelines for a bit to
